Create or Revise a Policy
There are two paths to policy development, both are described below. The standard university policy process guides the development and significant revisions of university policies. The Light process is used for housekeeping edits. The University Compliance team provides guidance and coordination throughout policy development.
Standard Policy Development Process
The standard process is used to create or substantially revise a university policy.

Approves the final draft of the policy going to EPRG |
Executive Policy Review Group (EPRG) |
Reviews and endorses final draft of policy University Compliance is responsible for the timeline for EPRG review and publication |
Publication |
University Policies are published in the University Policy Library by University Compliance |
Note: minor housekeeping revisions such as broken links do not go to PAG or EPRG. Follow the below process for minor revisions.

The light process is used to make minor housekeeping edits to a university policy.
