6.9, Time Away From Work (Excluding Academic and Bargaining Unit Staff)

January 30, 2008: A section was added regarding bood donation leave to allow employees time away from work to donate blood.  View the new section "Blood Donation Leave"  .

 Policy Statement

Cornell University provides time away from work to eligible employees for a variety of reasons. Time away from work must be approved and recorded in a manner that protects the interests of both the institution and its employees.
